Wow.
Since Thursday, I have been sleeping better than …. well, better than I have for as long as I can remember!
It’s amazing to actually fall asleep. Stay asleep. Then wake up feeling like I actually SLEPT!!!!
Oh, thank you so very much!

I woke up today without anything prompting me.
No alarm clock. No cell phone alarm. Nothing.
I was already awake when my friend’s text message arrived. =)
We bantered back and forth for quite a while (thank you very much for that “conversation” – you know who you are!).
And then I began my day!
Cleaned the kitchen.
Ate.
Cleaned up and got dressed.
Then out and about for errands for most of the day.
This is what I want my life to be like!!

Today was more wonderful than …. well, yesterday.
And yesterday was more wonderful than the day before that one.
And so on. And so on. And so on….
You get the point.
First thing …. hair. *yay!*
Second …. chiropractor. *aaaahhhh*
Third …. esthetician. *yipe* …. then *woo hoo!*
Fourth …. hypnotherapist.
OK, this has to be the best appointment of the day.
I haven’t been sleeping. At all. For a few months now.
It’s old already. =p
Brainstorm …. go to the hypnotherapist who has so effectively helped me in the past!
OK, I did.
Now I am eagerly awaiting my restful slumber time! =)
